Sean Campbell Is First Winner

Sean Campbell is the first competition winner of 2008 at Cloverhill. Sean won the eclectic competition on the countback after he had finished tied with Miceal McGuinness on 11 under par. Mark Keogh was back in third spot with Michael Concannon fourth.

The 4 week individual Spring League begins this week with play allowed any day during the week once their card is signed by a fellow member of the competition. There will be 3 different sections in the Spring league with one winner and runner-up in each section receiving prizes. The three sections are 0-13, 14-20 and 21-28.

The seniors outing on Thursday saw a tie for first between Fr Cullen and Frank Quinn The treasurer has told me to remind all members that the 2008 GUI and Insurance fee is now due.
